With only 12,000 miles that should be covered under warranty, if they try to give you the 'normal wear items' line, tell them 12,000 miles isn't normal wear at all. Good luck and I'm sorry!

Regards,

Ryan

hey i heard a dude at the dealership ask me if the car was lowered. he had an expression on his face like there was gonna be some problems....i'm guessing the warranty coverage. we had bought the car lowered like it is and we even asked a guy at the dealership that we bought it from if the car is still covered under warranty he said ya. do you think there is going to be a problem?

they have to prove it is caused a lower car and it sounds like a craked pressure plate cause i bet u choulda put it in gear whith the car off and not used the clutch to shift and i bet you whoulda been ok.

Does the clutch pedal just fall to the floor and not come back up?
I'm sorry but you gave an incredibly shitty description of exactly what happened.

Sounds like a blown master or slave cylinder.

Yea the Clutch doesnt engage it comes back up but it doesnt grab at all its hard to explain but the clutch feels like its loose and its not grabbing "spring like" it just goes down to the floor which is not allowing me to shift or get it into any gear does that make sense?

you shouldnt have any trouble having that fixed under warranty i would think.
your mods dont affect it, and its not something thats would suggest poor driving

(yes im looking at you all you "wahhhh my clutch is slipping its a POS" guys)
