Idle Problem with my SS

I have 2006 SS S/C, I recently installed a stage 2 kit, and also have a k&n typoon on it as well as a catback exhaust. before doing any of the preceding work I was having a problem with my idle. i would be coming to a stop and put the car into neutral and the RPM's would go real low then recover, but sometimes the cr would almost die at the stop. I've tried cleaning my throttle body and have had the PCM flashed as per a TSB from GM, and i have had the ECM flashed for the stage 2. Any suggestions?

take the throttle body off the car. there is a small hole on the back side of the body itself. spray carb cleaner in this hole.

I'll try that out. I was actually driving tonite and it did the same thing it did after i flashed the PCM as per the TSB, which was basically re-learn itself, it hasn't had the problem all night, I'll spray the TB & MAF anyway, thanks.
