The cause of the noise seems to be the small bracket hitting the motor mount. The contact occurs on the part of the bracket that is facing the engine. When you install the bracket make sure you pull the bracket away from the engine when you tighten it down. You may want to grind the holes to give you a little more clearance. I only moved the bracket away and the noise on left hand turns went away.

There's a differnce in motor mounts between the 05 and 06. What's the difference?

 

I just installed mine and didnt see any clearance problems. havent test drove it yet though. I'll do that tomorrow.
