I clearly have made an ass of myself, and for that I am sorry.
Clutch issue still stands, though I was under the impression this was the same company I got the brake lines from, clearly I was mistaken.
Anyway. Sorry for my mistake.
I'm going to go and crawl back under my rock now.
Cheers,
Honestly no big deal, we were just completely amazed we would have overlooked emails on part fitment.
pm me when these are available. in need of a clutch asap and not wasting my time on another single disc
(car makes 650whp at the moment and pushing for more as soon as I get a clutch that holds in).
edit: just saw it didn't copy over the rest. this is about the ky twin disc
Update on the Twin Disc setup from KY Performance.
They stated:
It will be a new steel flywheel, two ceramic discs, high clamp pressure plate, and a floater plate. It is a dual 9inch unit.
Estimated price is $1075 for the complete setup. This is HUNDREDS less than most other places would sell this kit for. Who is ready to sign up and get one!
not a question of want lol.
I need it. when do they start shipping?
exedy hyper is way past it's tq holding capabilities at this point. car is somewhere in the mid to low 500's wtq and clutch is giving up @6400 rpm

Call KY and talk to Chris about it.
They can probably get you one way quicker.
They have already produced 3 kits and they are in owners hands. I only know of one that has been installed, but its a lower power car.
You can pre order, but it will take 1-2 weeks to get these made at KY Performance and ship. They will ship direct from KY Performance to you, when you order on our website, so there will be no delays!
I located a flywheel locally thankfully. wish I didn't throw the 3 stock ones out 2 months ago i had in my garage lol.
picking that up saturday night and will be fitting it to the flywheel sunday. install is next weekend..
fingers crossed.
spoke with chris at KY today and they expect this to hold 700whp with no problem, I will be putting that to the test very soon.
We will run a group buy and get everyone a better intro price. Normally ring gears are included, just the first 3 test kits are needing to re use factory. Future kits will include a new one, pre installed.
