This Clutch is in my friends LNF, we replaced it around Nov of last year and about a month ago the car started acting up, it was hard to get in gear so we parked it in my garage and we finally had a change to get into it today. We tore it all apart and this is what we found.









Any idea what could cause this? Car was only driven about 5k miles in the last year.

 

Bad TOB or bad driving.

 

I'd never seen one do that before, it's weird to say the least.
