LAP trans

there is a lot of talk on this forum about the stock trans ratings... has anyone actually proven how much the trans can handle? im about to run the zzp stage 2 and just wondering

are we talking F23 or 4t45e?
or, if you dont know the difference, are you manual or automatic?
Regardless, both trans can take a LOT of power. The manual just needs a better clutch, and the auto needs a tune and a trans cooler.

Your trans is fine. The lap internals (motor) will blow long before your reach the danger zone with the trans.
