Hi,

I went to Chevy's website and tried their "build your Chevy" feature with the '09 Cobalt SS Sedan. The LSD "option" is not among the choices listed.

How much does an LSD cost to add as an option? With 260hp and torque through the front wheels, I am surprised an LSD isn't included. I certainly want an LSD with that level of power.

Chevy updated their "build it now" option to reflect all options. $495- that's cheap for an LSD!

i thought the LSD was standard on the tc's

 

nope its an option.

 

yea i went through this even in 06 when I got mine, just tell the dealer you want G85 then they can look in the computer and find it because if you tell them LSD they have no clue
