My cable is bent so I have no 2nd, 4th and reverse. I was thinking to see if it is covered under warranty but I am not sure if they will do that because of the minimal performance parts I have. Just need a part number to reference so I can purchase a direct GM replacement.

Should be covered under the bumper to bumper warranty and possibly the powertrain warranty. As long as you haven't modified the cables, shifter, or trans they have no reason to deny you.
