Spec Stage 3 would hold up to whatever you toss at it.

EXEDY > all. just my .02. That's what I got in my whip right now, and she grabs like a beauty. And I sacrificed hardly any driveability.

yea it wasnt to bad, i mean a bit time consuming but not bad. the biggest pain in the ass for me was getting the tranny to match up, i didnt have an alignment tool so i had to eye it.

I know for high power v8's we always put centerforces in and have had really good luck with them they can take abuse.

Dang! I'm a little too late. I have the exact same setup, except it the stage 3+ clutch. I even bought the flywheel. Just found out I blew out the slave cylinder and throw-out bearing, most likely because the pressure plate for the stage 3+ setup is double sprung. I can't find an upgrade for bearing and slave cylinder anywhere. I would have recommended going with the Spec stage 2+ setup. Sorry I'm late.
