What options do Colbalt owners have for aftermarket mounts out there for the colbalts cause on my car I would personally recommend the damper with the eng mounts..Both do the same thing in relation to keeping the motor stabalized but they both do it in different ways.(the damper takes care of the majority of engine mvmnt frt. to back on accelartation and decellaration and mounts take up residual mvmnt and from side to side when cornering etc..) I know the harder the motor mount the more it's going to transfer vibrations but if this is an issue people can go with a softer mount or use dynamat on top of the already exsisting factory dynamat like material around the strut tower.I personally used dynamat extreme(higher temp rating than regular dyanamat) under the dampers strut tower bracket to decrease vibrations cause I have race mounts and the damper on the hardest setting...
overall the o.e. mounts are WAY to soft especially for this high of hp on a s/c'd vehicle..
I noticed the engine moving over 3-5 inches when it was in nuetral and just reving up to 5k rpm's..

i think the only one out there is the zzp performance one. there is a lot of play in the motor like you said brad even noticed it as well. that was when we were talking if there would be anything you guys could do. as well as the lower control arm bushings. what ever you guys come up with i am sure will be top notch, just like the dampener

This is just a reminder... Right now you can get this product for $174.99 Shipped in the lower 48 states. ($15 off and Free shipping) However, once these come in stock, there will not be this additional $15 savings. Looks like from talking to Rob they should be shipping to us late next week. Same day turn around once they come in stock...
