New syncros are starting to grind or whatever

I'm making syncro noise on the 1-2 and 3-4 shifts on my <2,000 mile F35...

I see that Redline claims their 75w90NS will allow for smoother syncro operation, but will it shut them up?

I guess I'll have to live with the syncro chatter...this transmission is a joke.

I haven't beat on it, I've rev matched on 99% of downshifts (only slow downshifts haven't been matched), and I don't downshift this one very often...

I've treated nicely, and its still a spaz, maybe I have cable/linkage issues?

I also have the 3rd-4th gear whine (still do, last transmission did this too), which I was told was output shaft noise...I also told my shitty dealer this and they said all these cars make that noise. I don't have the option of taking it back on warranty, because they voided it, I just have the 12 month dealer service warranty...

RL 75w90NS has given me pretty good results in warm weather, cars that see the cold shouldnt really use it.
