Ottp mount question

I have a 2007 COBALT SS/SC. I am tired of the engine feeling like it is being held in place by rubber bands. I have installed the Ingalls stiffy engine damper while it has helped, it is only on the top of the engine. If I install the OTTP MOUNT will it help the rubber band effect? Not really concerened with the wheel hop aspect of the install. I want a daily driver that does not feel like the engine is going to end up in my lap. I also want driveability with out a lot of vibrations. Will the OTTP MOUNT help this problem out?

Ive never used or driven the Stg1 mounts, but I know the STG2s do exactly what you want.
