OTTP Stg2 mounts questions

I did post in the how-to but I do have a little vibration which I will let everything "vibrate" into place and torque it down, but I did notice that when I loosened the three top engine mount bolts and re tighten them the washers didn't line up to the spot there have been sitting. I drove the car really easy never near 3k for about 35 minutes and the CEL popped on. I will get the code tomorrow but everything ran completely fine. Has anyone else had this issue before?

Is the engine mount you have stock? Or you changed it as well?

Motor mounts are factory originals yes. I'll just put a jack under the oil pan and one under the tranny loosen those three bolts and try to align it back to what it was hopefully all goes well. I also think the CEL may be something with my cai I did just take it off to put in the LSJ Clutch upgrade because everything is running fine according to the DIC coolant temps, mpg is fine it isn't bogging on acceleration.
