Pictures of custom tractionn bars that i made!!
yeah i know what ya saying. ive been busy doing a couple papers for school but as soon as this weekend comes, imma start looking at how to preload your engine and imma make one myself for the balt. it makes sense and obviously if people are hooking with this setup then its worth doing it. traction mods are the best thing that you can do to a car.
The tilt is designed into all the race cobalts for proper CV shaft alignment. Because the vehicals are lowered it changes the driveline angle. Without that re-alignment the cv joints are put under higher stress and causes a vibration.
Since im keeping my ride height stock, do i not need to preload then?
http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/wwg/start.shtml this is where i got all my parts from. i bought the 5/8 heim joints and then i bought the strongest threaded rod that i could find. ill get all my part numbers together tomorrow and let you know.
yeah i deffinetly want to put some miles on it before i write a how too. i want to make sure they hold up so you guys dont waste your money. so far traction bars=good, clutch=****. and only 12k on the car, its some bs.
