Please help asap. 🙏

I just did my flyhweel/clutch/tob and master.

I have a vac on the elbow nipple. It pulls bubbles constantly. Even with the nipple closed it will pull bubbles and fluid.

I checked the elbow and o ring and I don't see anything out of the ordinary.

My pedal was to the floor. It's spongy now but for sure not good.

So I'm super stuck here right now.

If it is that little o ring I am mega screwed I think but it looks fine.

I heard sometimes they pop off.

Thank you for any suggestions!

*I've been reading about the bleeding procedures and all. Seems like some of these tob's blow out during the initial bleed if not done right.
I hope that didn't happen with me. I'm totally second guessing myself on the tob seal too now ffs! It better have come with one on there because
I can't bloody remember. I checked and the old one still has it on there. It looks more like a gasket so they must blow out in the center no?

I'm going to try again tomorrow see if I can do something. If not I am a dead man.

Check the clutch pipe line from the master cylinder to the elbow - I had a similar issue and luckily another member gave me the right info. I replaced it with the goodridge braided line and it's been great since (I also replaced the elbow).
Here's my thread

Is it this kit here? Does that fit our cars?

I put new o rings on today the one did look a big scraped up.

The pedal has some pressure but not enough I don't think.

I took the inspection window cover off and I used my phone to record and I could see the tob moving. I'm not sure it's moving far enough.

When I go to start the car it doesn't even click the starter. I checked the fuse box twice. I gave the battery a boost too just in case it didn't help.

But yeah I can order the kit if that's for our cars.

I'm curious to see how that fits lol.

Thank you for your response.

There is no "kit" really; I got the elbow from RockAuto, and the braided line from ZZP which does make a LOT of products for this platform. I think I spent $70 in parts and shipping. The o-rings I found to be fine, the seal itself around it was just expanded enough (it's a plastic line) that it was sucking in air, especially on warmer days. The line goes to the metal elbow fine, but the other plastic piece that looks like a giant knob is what the other end goes into.

This line?

Also when you mean elbow just the bleeder elbow up top of the trans? I have a new one coming if that's what you meant. I'll take a look at your pics soon can't see good on my phone.

Also here's my car just hanging out. It has all these new parts and nowhere to go.

I go back to work Monday had some vacation time.

I thought I would have it done.

I upload a video here of the tob moving. At least I know it works.

Still no crank though.

Crap I found something else that might be a issue.

The clutch pedal sensor has that black peg that is slides on and that thing is loose af. Just above it is a yellow piece that looks broken.

It's still actuating the white fork part of the switch though. I just don't know what that yellow piece is above.

Diagram time.

Well here's maybe what the problem is. The piece from the actually pedal is snapped. It actuates the switch. Funny enough it was still actually moving it to full height even broken. I'll have to take the master out tomorrow and unbolt the assembly and see what damage there is. I must of pulled way too hard to release the white clips from the master. W t f why me lol 😆 rip

*I looked already there are no pedals anywhere. Perfect.

Well well well what a day.

I removed the column to get to switch and remove the pedal.

The last bolt is ridiculous to get out btw I went full ape and got the dremel out.

I have a new switch coming from rock auto and I use JB plastic epoxy to put the broken piece back on. It seems to have set super hard already. No other choice really I can't find that pedal.

If my car doesn't start after this I quit living lol!

The column removal actually wasn't that bad honestly. Anyone needs help removing on let me know but there's videos on youtube that are pretty good.

The pivot pin is super long I was thinking wtf is this bolt!
