Front and rear trans mounts. Was thinking of also doing the Ingles tq dampener. But Im gonna see how the mounts fair first. Vib are a little more at idle and just off idle (1500-2500) but not unbearable. I dont drag race, but love the twisties and I did notice that the car pulls smoother and is more responsive.

 

like someone else said if you bog of the line the vibes are, bad but you get used to driving w/o it being too bad and they also wear in after about 500-1000 miles.

 

Cool im trying to decide if im gonna go ahead and put my trans mounts in or wait till i get my engine mount . By the way if you dont mind me asking how does the 2.9 pully work out for you. Im looking at going satge 2 and i was looking at that pully over the 3.1

 

i like the 2.9 i have also run the 2.8 for a long time and liked it too but switched it out for the summer...

Well I can also say this about the mounts. They deff dont let the engine rock or tq. But send the power to the wheels. Cause I got on it going to work this morning and began to excelerate in first then short shifted to second, put the hammer down and just sat and smoked the tires. I can also tell that while on the interstate and doing a 5th to 3rd gear down shift and passing a car it much easier and smoother.
Get the poly mounts is all I can say.

 

hey 06ss/sc stage 2 how long have you been running the 2.9 pully and is that on a stage 2 tune
