Problems getting in gear WOT

Since I picked up my 2008 T/C in October I've been having some issues getting the car to move out under full throttle(with the clunky stock shifter). I just turned over 23K and its been a great car so far. It's my daily and under normal driving conditions it doesn't give me any trouble with the exception of it reluctantly going into 5th with a little "half grind" I guess you could call it. But any time I try to push the car and shift fast, it flat out refuses to go into 2nd or sometimes 3rd 9/10 times causing an embarrassing miss. I can make it go sometimes but you really have to pull hard and you have to shift slow. When I do nail 2nd while granny shifting, I get a belt slipping sound after the bov. I am hoping that I am trying to shift too fast and its my crappy driving, just feel like you shouldn't have to pull it into 2nd as hard as I have to. Worst case clutch could be worn out, but any other ideas that could cause this?

i replaced my clutch after about 48,000 miles so i could see that yours could have just been driven harder. The ACT six-puck sprung clutch is pretty nice, that's what i put in reasonable price, lightweight flywheel incl

Go with a gmpp clutch if u think thats what u need. Less than $300 shipped and stick with the stock flywheel.
