Rear Hub Clicking Noise When Spun

Doing the brakes today I noticed that when I spun the rear-right rotor, the hub would make a clicking noise consistently. (4 clicks per rotation) Is this a sign that the bearing is going bad and the hub needs to be replaced? Not sure if my terminology is correct or not, but I think you should get the idea. Thanks!

What do you mean? Tight as in theres no play? I checked that briefly and didn't notice any movement.

If you mean tight when rotating, then yes the wheel does seem to drag more than the other side.

No problem, lol.

Yeah, there's no play. Like I said, only a little slow when I was spinning it.

And no, you can't hear the clicking while driving. It's way too quiet.

I have noticed that sometimes when I back up after being parked for a while the car makes this loud screech/squeal. Sounds like metal on metal rubbing. Not sure if thats related or not.

its possible the bearing has a little scar on it that clicks but isnt noticable driving and that sometimes when you park, you happen to park with the weight right on that spot, thus the squeel, although its likely the brakes doing that.
