78,942 miles clutch went. Was driving to work. 3 rd gear about 50. Mph. Went to get on it and instantly went to red line. I tried other gears in their respectable MPH and rpm range and got the same results. Time to install my gmpp upgrade I have I guess. Kind of wanted to wait until spring. Oh well

I'm glad to hear your stocker lasted this long. im at 82k on stock with mods listed below since 20k and i beat the ***** off this baby once a week. im waiting for it to start doing what you said... im not saying it though im not jinxing ****! haha SOMETIMES on the 1st to 2nd shift at WOT it will do.... that word. but i just get out of it, wait a second and get back on it and its ship shape. but i'm rarely doing digs so i guess thats why its holding up?

I don't do digs really. I used to four years ago when I got the car with it being my first forced induction car. I raced everyone off a red light. Big rigs, old ladies, I didn't care lol. She's seen maybe thirty passes down the track. I only wot shift at the track. Ill still do spirited pulls down the highway. She's been. On a 2.9 since maybe 10k miles. And a 2.7 with Meth since 55k. I was expecting it soon as I bought the gmpp upgrade about two month ago.
