i want to have a cleaner look on the inside of my balt i am trying to figure out a way of eliminate the shift boot and putting in a shift plate ferrari style shifter with a custom cnc'd shift plate and a knob that doesnt need a boot and still looks good any idea? or has anybody done this or even seen pics the reverse lock out looks like a pain in the ass to move lower if it can even be done please post any ideas or comments
