Sounds like a coffee grinder

I am posting this up to see if any other LSJ SS cars are having the same things go on as me. Has anyone else here experienced a grinding or rattling noise coming from the transmission if their car has sat outside during cold temperatures (30 degrees or less)? It sounds like a coffee grinder when idling the first few minutes, then goes away. It doesn't do this if the car is started after sitting in the garage or in warmer temps, or any other time of the year. I know for a fact that is not coming from the SC, becuase the noise goes away when the clucth is pressed in. It almost seems to be something with the throw out bearing, but it seems odd that the noise only happens when the car is in cold temperatures. If it was faulty it seems as if it should be making a noise at any temperature. Is this just a cold temperature thing related with these cars?

Mine does the same. Clutch out, it makes the noise, clutch in, it stops. Only since winter.
