Ss/tc rear brakes?

So I'm in need of brake pads all around soon my tears are worn down more the the fronts. Sometimes when I take a turn it sounds like the rear brakes are grabbing. Anyone have an idea what would cause that?

Powerstop z16 rear pads.
OEM hardware.

The wire clip on the rear of the LNF ages and wears. When it does it actually starts to flex more allowing the caliper to lift when the brakes are applied. The pad is no longer seated tightly and is free to wiggle, drag, and make noise.

My LNF did this.
