if you tighten the mounts down to hard will the car VIRBRATE and Still wheel hop?

I installed TTR Trans mounts both front and rear. Car doesn't hop but vibes are alittle much wondering if it's just the mounts or do i need to retorque the mounts?

I have the zzp ones and it makes my car sound rough like an srt4 and vibrates a little is that normal?
