Question Trans Bushings!

Ok I installed my Prothane Motion Control Trans. Bushings last night from CPP and the vibration is unreal Has anyone else used these or some other brand and had the same results?

There is a huge difference in the way it feels when you accelerate and the wheel hop seems to be gone but the vibration is going to be hard to get use to. My question is have any of you had the same experience? Will it get better with time or will I have to live with it

are they trans or control arm bushings??? if tranmission bushings, then thats normal for like the first 500 miles as far as im concerned. been talked about quite a bit. whatever you do, take it easy the first 500 miles and try not to get on the pedal to much. you want them to break in. my boy has prothane mounts in his civic and he had to break his in for the first 500 miles and after that the vibs werent bad at all. just be patient.

Mine only annoy me idleing at a light with the a/c on.

But I'd rather put up with that than not having it go into gear when I shift hard cause the motors jumping around under there with the rubber sponge bushings.

I espically like when i start it up with someone else in the car, and I get the what the hell look on their face.

yea, it's going to move a little. when totally stock mounts are there, this engine bounces around all over the place. moves a good 2 inches in any direction under load. now that you have better bushings/mounts whatever, the engine is still trying to move, but it's not able to.

i shoudl have mine in a few days. from what i've read, it will get better with tme.
