Trans mount bolt sizes or part #'s

After installing new clutch/ lightweight flywheel/ trans/ axles/ wheel hub bearings assemblies etc. I have a vibration @ low RPM. I've done some research & come to figure it's probably my mounts that weren't torqued in the proper sequence & setting. Today I jack the car up to loosen the through bolt on the front & rear trans mount ( ottp) & realize the bolt heads are rounded off both from a impact gun. I want to replace the bolts but don't know size. I was thinking about parking @ Ace hardware parking lot jacking car up; pulling out bolt; go in the store & match it but will be screwed if they don't have it. Does anybody know the size of the 18 inch through bolt on the front trans mount & the size for the through bolt on the rear trans mount? I also upgraded to a ottp upper trans mount which might also be contributing to the vibes. Do I have to loosen that one as well when I retorque? Thanks my guys. Sorry for the long winded story.
