trans mounts w/ least vibrations????

My buddy EDIPROJEKTZ just installed the 2 ZZP poly tranny mounts... wow does the car hook up w/o wheel hop.
I was wondering if anyone has had any experience w/ both the ZZP poly tranny mounts and the Prothane or Intense inserts.... I don't want a mount that vibrates as much as the ZZP poly tranny mounts do.

also.... do the ZZP poly tranny mounts loosen up after a short period of time?

I searched and could find nothing specific relating to my question

thanks

Most mounts will become less harsh over a period of time.

The setup for the least amount of vibs is filling the stock mounts with polyurethane, as the stock rubber still remains in and acts as kind of a cushion.

If you don't want vibrations, then don't get stiffer mounts. Next time your out with some other cobalt people, pop the hoods and look at the engine as it starts up. You'll notice the stock mounts, the engine moves quite a bit, while people with stiffer mounts, the engine doesn't move much at all. This is what causes some of the hop issues.

I did the diy tranny mounts also. Little bit of vibes on start up, but not hardly noticeable driving around. No wheel hop on the street. I'll be testing out the track on the 15th of june.

I got the prothane front and rear inserts and they are awesome, no wheel hop, hardly any vibes. I rate them a 10/10.

which are the diy's? that is not an actual solid urethane replacement? have you been in a car w/ the ZZP's to compare the two?
