Transmission Noise

I've got a 09 Lnf with LSD, I just got the car a couple weeks ago and I noticed while it was on jack stand that when I turn the wheels by hand I can hear a noise that sounds like it's from the transmission. There is a thread that had a video that sounded very similar in loudness and sound but there was never any resolve. I'll put a link at the bottom. I have an 06 lsj with an open diff that makes the same noise (louder with both wheels being spun by hand at same time than just a single wheel) and it's got 245k with no issues to date with transmission. I'm just wondering if it's normal or normal to be that loud on this car with lsd. While driving it I get a bad wheel bearing type sound, pretty loud in car and I'm wondering this transmission noise could be what I'm hearing at speed... What's a bad transmission bearing sound like or what could it be if not a wheel bearing. It is speed based not gear based. I have new wheel bearings on the way and I'll update this thread when I get them installed but just trying to educate myself on some of this. Thanks in advance.

Have you ruled out the CV axles? Drive in circles with the wheel turned either way, and get on and off the gas a little to see if that changes any noises. There shouldn't be any licking noises (maybe unless it's a 4x4 truck in 4x4 mode).

Axles are both good, I don't have any clicking when turning and there are any tears in the axle boots. I only bring up the transmission noise bc I noticed it when turning wheels by hand but that could be normal, my lsj car has the same noise but much less pronounced and always has as I can remember. It's probably a wheel bearing I hear at speed but wanted to ask if there could be a connection between the sound I hear at speed vs what I hear when just turning the wheels by hand. Idk what a bad bearing in the transmission would sound like necessarily.
