Trouble starting swapped cobalt

So I have a 2007 cobalt LT and swapped a 2.4 le5 into the thing. I got all wires connected and the clutch position sensor wired in. I moved the starter relay wire from pin 31 to 32. I got an ecm programmed to a 2008 cobalt sport that has the f35 and the le5. I put the key in the car expecting to need to do a relearn, but all of the lights came on, on the dash, and the headlights too. I turned the key to crank, no crank, as expected, as this was before I had wired the clutch position sensor in. I wired it in and pinned it all that way down under the hood to see if it would work, except this time, instead of all of the lights coming on, it was just the security light for a few seconds, then nothing except the car telling me that my door was open. I need help on what to do at this point to start the car.

Do you have hptuners? You could disable the VATS to rule out the security system interfering.

Unfortunately I do not. Is it the security system then?

If the security light is on then you need to start there. There is a way to relearn it by leaving the key in the ignition and leaving it for 10 mins and repeating this three times. Im not sure of the exact procedure but im sure you could find it on here somewhere.

I have seen this, but it’s only if the security light stays on solid, in which you would leave the key in until it shut off. My security light comes on for only a second before shutting off, instead of all of my lights coming in, like it used to
