ZZP made 373 whp 479 wtq with a 34psi spike. Obviously the k04 cannot maintain such boost levels for very long.

I personally made 360 and 434 wtq using a 30psi spike, e47, aem intake with zzp intake tube, zzp catted downpipe, zzp charge pipes and intercooler, 3 bar maps, and full 3 inch zzp exhaust. My stock clutch took that much torque for a week then it was

done.

Car was fun for what it was.

My stock clutch held fine on the K04 when I was at 359whp/418wtq on full E85, stock fuel system. Not just street driving, ***** to the wall road track.
On the ZFR I upgraded my clutch before my tranny and she lasted exactly 15 laps, lol. My Powell 4.45 has performed wonderfully since with practically ONLY road track miles - knock on wood
did u boost ramp with stock tranny? or this new one for that matter? with that kinda tq im not surprised it broke.

Term has always tuned me, so yes there was a boost ramp but at the same time my tunes have been fairly aggressive. The 418 wtq peak was reached just before 4,000 rpms but bear in mind I'm at 5,400 feet so that is a theoretical number, adjusted for altitude. I didn't blow my trans on the K04 BTW, that was later on the ZFR.

Just ordered the K&N drop in filter and the upgraded LNF intake tube. Already did the stock airbox mod. any idea on power gains? Got GMS1 that's it for other mods besides stage 3 clutch.

On a GMS1 tune not much. If I remember right ZZP got around 7-10 whp out of the modded air box and drop in with a very aggressive tune at high boost.

You'll gain more in the low and mid range, you need to get a tune to see more gains
