I dont know, they forgot to let me know when it was going back to the dyno, and I didn't get to go back and talk to the tech. Pretty incredible change from the GMS1 that was on it though.

FWIW my custom tune back in the day on pump gas 91 was 320 whp 420 wtq.
however, that was dynojet and at altitude so im thinking a 20-25% correction factor so more in line with what you are seeing

This brings up an interesting point. Is it better to dyno in 3rd or 4th? When I dyno'd mine we had a weird issue on the 1st pull, we ran it in 4th and it backfired and stalled. Scared the tar out of me. The next 2 passes were in 3rd with no issue. The dyno operator thought I may have hit a speed limiter but my tuner later told me there wasnt any in place. The dyno guy said 4th usually is the best gear. Whats most people dyno in?

I mean 3rd is 1.18 and 4th is 0.89 so my take is 4th is closer to 1 and it will show load better.
When I dyno'd my car I ran it in 4th and didn't have issues, and the other cobalt in my area run it in 4th too.

I can see better numbers in 3rd since the multiplier is greater than 1. Not sure why 4th had higher hp, unless the load for the turbo allowed the toque to maintain at a higher rpm (less torque spike but overlaid the torque curve is higher at greater rpm)
