Absolutely can get more power out of that turbo with running ethanol. Maybe you're thinking of what folks are making on 93? Don't forget, that was at only 26psi, if I crank it up a bit more to 28-29psi I'm confident I can get a solid 450.

Yes sir you would be correct. At the moment I'm only running a conservative 22-23psi tune until I can do something about my trans situation. I did however briefly run my 26psi tune after I had the trans replaced and let me tell you, it was just not fun on snow tires and sub 15° temps. Spinning 4th gets old fast! Lol

What psi did lars blow his zfr up at?

 

Something like 29psi I believe. He had one of the first runs of efr's that were having bearing issues though. I personally have no immediate or future plans of running that much boost so I'm not too concerned to be honest. I've already busted one trans, I don't need to bust up another one! Haha
