After market radio help

So i want to change the factory radio on my car and put an after market one, i bought a radio a while ago and when i went to try to get the harness from best buy they told me that it was goin to be $200 more than what i paid for the radio lol, so i was wondering if there was anyway to just rewire all the cables, i kno it could be a pain in the ass but itll be better than paying 200 just for a harness..
is there any other solutions to this matter?
