aftermarket 4 channel

hey fellas, i have a 08 ss and have the factory pioneer system. i ran a 12 inch sub with a lineout converter and i wasnt pleased. i just cant stand the signal. i do have a kicker 350.4 amp lying around and sum boston acoustic door speakers as well. (they fit) i was thinking about running the amp to the door and maybe buying some tweeters for the back and running them as well. watd u guys think? is the signal gona be real bad? i dont wana buy an aftermarket headunit cuz i cant afford all the adapters. thanks guys.

I have 2011 Alpine Type Rs 6x9, sub delete and stock fronts...

I figured if you insulated everything and replaced the front speakers it would sound really nice
