Airspace for subs
Airspace for subs
i think i am going to be buliding fiberglass enclosures for my subs here within the next month and am not sure on the air space for the enlcosures (one in each back corner of the trunk). i have kicker compVR subs, 10's. on the kicker web site it says for sealed enclosure min. sealed volume is 0.8 cu.ft. and max sealed volume is 3.0 cu.ft. can anyone help me of where i should be since that is like 2 cubic feet difference?
ohh and i have a ZX300.1 amp
thanks

on that website it says most 10 inch subs need 1 to 1.5 cu.ft. for airspace. so should i stick in that range? thats where i was thinking becuase 2 to 3 cubic feet seems like alot for that sub, especially since im not putting a whole lot of power to it.
