Angry AIS trunk mount kit keeps blowing fuses?!

Yet another thread where I am so ******* confused I can't stand it...

I originally wired my meth kit to my amp for testing purposes and it ran fine. Never blew a fuse. Instructions recommend wiring it to a key on/off source. So i run wire all the way from the trunk to my passenger fuse panel. Wire it into a "extra" fuse spot. Wire up an LED strip to test the key on/off and it works. So I wire it all up and take the car for a drive. Get back, and discover a blown fuse in the power wire to the meth kit. Change out the fuse. Try jumping the pump to make sure it was getting juice and it kicks on no problem (only kicked it on for a split second because i didn't want my intake filling with meth) ... So i figured bad fuse or something the fist time. Drive her again and get home, check the meth level and discover it's the exact same. Check the in-line fuse and it has blown AGAIN! I cannot figure this out. When it was wired to my amp it came on no problem. Now, it will not stop blowing fuses..... jd;faskdlfd;lashgdsaffh!!!!!!!!!!11111111
