Can you run power wire from the battery in the trunk to your amp instead of running it through the firewall in the front?

 

yes, that is where i ran my power wire

 

of course, what would you hook it up to in the front of the car???!

and i used the factory ground mounting bracket that the negative terminal attaches too, also

 

Yes where would you run it to up front? Your battery is in the trunk, there arent two

 

But there are terminals in the front. So, you COULD hook it up there, but I have no idea why you'd want to.

 

Well regardless where you decide to hook the amp up to, just make sure your fuse is within 6 inches of the battery(trunk) or at the positive terminal(up front).

I have a feeling some people might forget since the battery is in the trunk(we all know some people are easily confused)
