Not sure if this belongs in here BUT does anyone know where I could find a 6mm base for the shorty antenna. My stock base broke off with the original antenna when I tried to remove it.

The 6mm base got superseded by the 7mm base. I had the same problem as you.
I had to update to the 7mm base and rebuy the correct antenna.

I got the 7mm base off eBay, but you could try and run the part number for the 6mm base and see.

Thanx to all you guys....Especially GellaDuga69......... I am gonna try Ebay bro see what that nets me. Oh and you are 100% right the 7mm has superseded the 6mm because I called to order the new base from Chevy and they guy said they are updating to the 7mil.
