Anyone has 2 Auto Buttons for the windows?
Anyone has 2 Auto Buttons for the windows?
So I searched and searched and I couldn't find anything.
So does anyone know how to have that Auto window down feature made to be on both the control panels on the driver side.
I know the tiberon has it and The cobalt only has one Auto button for the driver side only, but what about putting both of them in to play.
Any ideas on it.
Thanks.
Mattie

Our RX300 has the same thing, its cool, except it is super touchy, not really cool when you want to roll the window up a little bit, and the next thing you know it is all the way up and someones hair is stuck out the window....She was not happy with me...needless to say I am no longer allowed to touch the window controls if she is on the passenger side.

i started a thread on it and didnt really come up with anything. and if you take a look at the switches when you take your door panels off, you will find it absolutely isnt going to be plug and play.

umm i know that the tahoes have driver and passenger auto-down, maybe you could find a wrecked one and give it a shot... i would love to do this... along w/ a motor in the passenger window that wont take me half an hour to roll up!!!
Reviving an old post, anybody find out on this yet?
i got into an accident, and I had an extra motor and switches that I was going to put in, but I have a ton of electrical problems with ABS right now, so I never got around to it
my friend did it in his Silverado with an extra motor, so I assume it could work with the cobalt

wow i feel like a genius reading this but i have no concrete idea what the answer is for our cars.
I used to be a member of a thunderbird forum, wear most ppl had drivers auto down. I bought a module from an older mercury and i had pass auto down. I spliced a few wires but i'm sure if you found what wire is ground up down this and that, try plugging in another driver one and see if it works.
There is no diff between driver and pass modules just you could get a third to put on the pass side and give him access to the feature too
