Unhappy battery and alternator problems

help my ride is losing electrical power. my battery light comes on and off, and some times i lose all power. i have a new batt and still happening. the alterantor is ok i think. i hooked up my subs and amp, and it works graet. should i get a high output alt. or could it be something ells.

they are all good and work fine. it was happening before i hooked them up. some said that a high output alt would fix but im not shure thats the prob. just needed to see if i was the only one having this prob

i have used a scan tool and it did't have any codes. checked all connections and the fuses. and used a voltage meter to check all the curcits can't find any thing out of the ordinary.

check voltage when the car is running. also id check the cables like it was suggested.
