best grounds

where would be the best place to wire an amps ground into..their are two bolts wen you pull up the carpet next to the seats in the trunk...or the negative terminal on the battery..or the ground to the chassis that the negative of the battery is wires too?

Am I the only one who cant disconnect that bolt the negative wire for the battery is connected under? Like I try to unbolt it and the entire metal thing bends. Anyways i drilled a hole in the trunk left of the wheel well
