Unhappy Car Wont Start After Mod Instal! HELP!

So i purchased a power antenna for my 06 cobalt ss/sc i took the old antenna off and plugged in the power antenna i did not hook up the power wires to the radio for it to go up and down just plugged in coax for radio antenna power. So i go to start car and a security lock out comes on when i turn it over it will make a buzzing noise but will not start fuel pump runs and everything normal just buzzes with security light and won't start. I did have the cd player with a cd playing while installing but nothing got messed up with the CD Player that all works but Radio antenna reception does not work at all. I check all fuses and nothing is blown what is the deal? i don't want to take to dealer for something i can fix myself! Please HELP!

Yeah never the best in english. I put a power antenna in my car today, only unplugging the coax cable from the stock antenna to hook it up to the power antenna. I hooked up the power antenna to the quarter panel and went to start my car then the security light comes on and all it does is click or buzz when trying to start. So is there a way to re-set the car with a long way like 45min process to fix this so my car will start again? Ive done the disconnect the battery trick already but didn't work for me. -Shortened and used commas that better? haha

The power antenna yes, as for the stock bracket and the holder that you plug the coax into i took that assembly out. The power antenna is not hooked up to the CD player to go up and down only the antenna cable (coax) for the antenna to get a signal.
Thanks a lot for the response I definitely need help with this

You listening to CDs while doing the install? Sometimes a low battery will set off the security. Try boosting it or even better put the battery on a charger overnight.

Why buy a power antenna and not use the power?

Wow it was a bad battery couldn't hold a charge but 60% thanks a lot for the help though really confuses you with the system going crazy when its just a battery.
Reasoning for getting a power antenna without the power is it stays down and doesn't go up i can't stand tall antennas and i would use a shorty but then again i want it down all the way. Still get reception and i don't listen to the radio hardly ever

Once again thanks everyone saved myself money and embarrassment at dealership!
