Cost of Power locks and Keyless Entry?

One shop quoted me $250 and I wanna know if I can get a better deal than that somewhere else. Is it hard to do yourself?

I'd DIY....those DEI actuators are actually really simple to install....as much as I don't like DEI products I will recommend their power lock solution....$250 sounds about right...we do our keyless entry for $149 parts and labor and $50 per actuator on a door....
