DDM replacement bulb question

I got my 8k bulb replacement in..but these bulbs don't come with a plug. The side that on the original bulbs had a plug don't have that plug but 2 individual 'prongs' is the only way I can think of describing them. What do I do with these haha

yeah more or less like that except mine are longer. That picture is how mine came, I plugged that plug in the picture in and had one leftover. I tried them both in each hole and did every combo there was and nothing.

yep my bulbs when I had gen 3s had those attatched, I just rewired the harness on the gen 3s so that I didn't need those, made it much easier for me to pick up different bulbs.

yeah if youve got bulbs that have those attached to the bulb you just chuck those, Ive got a whole pile of those things I take em off every set of H1s I use. But if the OP only has metal terminals on his bulbs hes gonna need to swap the plastic AMP connector over. If thats the case this is just one more reason why DDM sucks.

I already know what you're talking about, You have to simple amp connectors. Before you had those and 2 spade connectors one one end a 9006 connector on the other end. The plug you're missing is the one that brent pictured.

Just push them into the connector and electrical tape. Problem solved.

does it matter which prong goes into which side of the connector? I tried every possible way and tried to turn it on; nothing.

well now you should check your fog light fuse. but match up the blacks, and match the red to if I remember correctly the purple wire.

If all you're replacing is a bad hid bulb you don't need those wires, they power the ballast. Just replace the bulb. If this is truly confusing I must he missing something. Remove old bulb from light, unplug old bulb from ballast. New Bulb goes in light. Two plastic connectors plug into the matching connectors on the ballast. Done. Literally as easy as replacing a light bulb.
