ELECTRICAL TAPE is not good enough. especially if you removed the stock airbox. water will get in there on the passenger side.

Get new bulbs, water-proof connectors. re-do the splicing right, take your time, and there should be no more problems
Funny i just put a new short ram air intake so i dont have a airbox, i guess what im going to do now is buy a new bulb and if it happens again i well know why. Does Autoparts sell H1 bulbs? And if they do which ones do i buy are there differnt kind like 4000 4050k something like that?

Ok i just got some new NIGHTHAWK bulbs thry are 30% brighter and were on sale 15% off lol.

the air box i was taling about was the factory plastic one right below the headlight, that pulls air from the fog lights, any ways, most places should sell the H1 bulb, should be in singles for about 6.99 and pretty much come only in white, no #'s or anything.

if you want, you could go to the high performance section and look for fog lights (also H1). they will come in blue and possibly other colors. may cost a little more, but they will still be bright and work in your head lights

It's a H1 bulb. But it's not the bulb that is the problem. There is something in your wiring that is the issue. If it was the bulb the bulb would never even turn on because the coil would be broken. I'll bet you have a loose splice somewhere. Pull them off and check it.

EDIT - Just saw a pic you posted. That would mean the coil is broken and the bulb needs replaced. The way you described it in your first post was making it seem like the bulb would come on and go off as it pleased. Which would mean there is a loose splice somewhere.

It was coming off and on for about a week than it went off altogether.
