do you 4 speakers guys have problem??
they arnt cutting out.. like, basically, i cant have bass if i want to hear the words.. if there to much bass it like cuts out what he is saying, but not in a good way. not like a boom. lke in a my speaker is being shredding, oh ****, then its fine again..
should i just get a ******* sub or something.. and to clarify, if i get a sub i have to get an amp?

set it to vocal...
or try custom setting it if there isnt enough bass for your fancy...
if u like how they sound on vocal but want bass think about looking into a small sub set up
depending on SPL and SQ u want you can get a nice setup from 300 to 500 bucks

pricey over there but. i recommend one 12" sub( kicker alpine kenwood) in a ported box for the extra bass with an amp which has the rms of the subs peak.. and a fosgate 8gauge wiring kit since i dont think itll be over 500watts then you should be set
not to pricey! i work for bestbuy! you just have to know the right people!
Okay.
Your head unit is only pushing out 22 watts RMS to those speakers.. which the 6x9's in the rear can handle 100 watts RMS and the 6.5's in the front can handle 60 watts RMS. 22 watts to each speaker is a pretty good number for just a head unit to push out, but its still not enough to get the bass you want. The sounds starts to crap out at high volumes because the bass is consuming all of the power, leaving none for your tweeters/midranges to put out sound. You're either going to sacrafice bass for good sound, or have crappy sound with bass.
If I were you, I would get a sub and amp (yes a sub DOES require its own amp) for the lows and turn on the high pass filter on your head unit and allow the component speakers (6x9's and 6.5's) to handle the mids and highs.
Heck.. if you wanted to take it a step further you could even get a 4 channel amp to hook up to your components to squeeze out their full potential. Just make sure you don't send 100 watts to the 6x9's and 6.5's or else you might blow your 6.5's!
Wait. Get an amp with the RMS of the subs peak?
If you have a 1000 watt peak sub (lets say 500 watt RMS), and a 1000 RMS watt amp.. you're going to blow that sub in no time...
They will probably be quite pricey if they do.
I would recommend an online car stereo website.. such as onlinecarstereo.com.
Don't pay attention to the peak power handling capabilities of the subs/amps.. try to match up the RMS power. If it is necessary to have mismatched RMS capabilities, I would recommend having a sub that is of a higher RMS wattage than the amp can output. That's just my preference, though.
I'm a diehard Hifonics fan.. so thats what I would go with
. A Brutus BXi 1210D amp and 2 12" Zeus 2 ohm DVC subs wired to 2 ohms at the amp in a sealed enclosure sure do sound good
A Brutus amp can be had on eBay for around $200, and you can get 2 Zeus' for around $160.

I think the problem is you are wanting to much from mediocre equipment. That and you are using just the headunit and coax speakers. Not to say you have bad stuff, its better than what a lot of people have, but you have to know its limits. If you want bass you are going to have to get a sub of some kind of an amp. You could do something similar to what I have, just a single 10" sub and a smaller amp. If you are not going to do another amp for the interiors you dont want to go to big with the sub. If you want to see what I have (since I started with the same car as you) you can check it out here...

x2 not to be an ass but you were pretty vauge on what all was happening so it was hard to even understand much less give you a solution but the issue sounds like the deck is distorting. which is 100% normal. if you want more bass you need to get a sub and amp like broke mentioned.
just because your deck can go all the way to 62 doesn't mean you should

hey guys thanks a lot... i turned the bass all the way down. When i did that i was able to turn it way higher with out distortion in the speakers.. also, i faded it to the back speakers a couple of notches. This helped tremendously, and somehow i am still getting bass.
