is it easy to hook up the aeroforce gauge?
VERY easy
hook up +pos power source, hook up -ground, plug into OBD2, for power/ground some people tap into the stock boost gauge. I pulled mine from the sunroof switch, as I chose hardwired my radar detector at the same time.
3 wires, voila
Lemme know if you have any questions

You'll hafta pull the pillar for all of the wiring. Plug the OBD2 cable in and route it under the dash and up the side, (under the weather stripping inbetween that and the dash, and up into the cavity that the pillar wiring comes up through
Take the A-Pillar off. Open the driver's side door. There is a little panel on the end of the dash (where the door opens). Open it. This will assist in pushing the wiring harness up to the A-Pillar area. Its all pretty straight forward from there. Wire it up, plug it in, and go. Make sure you remove the red jumper.

I've had an inty for a while and my display go from very dim to bright and sometimes just changes back and forth randomly, i think i need to ground it but what wire is the ground??????
I don't remember the wire colors... but standard wiring colors should be Red (Positive) and Black should be the ground, iirc.
I forgot when I added my WB I switched all my gauges to that ground. With just the Interceptor the sunroof GRD worked good for me, but it wasn't enough for the Innovate WB, so I switched all my gauges over to that one, and it works perfectly
Interceptors don't need a separate ground, they pull everything from the OBDII port, except for the external 12V power that goes to the red wire in the small plug on the back. The green and white wires are for extra sensors that the gauge can read.
Well there ya go, even easier than we said. It's been so long since I installed mine I guess I forgot. 1 wire, 1 plug, and you're set
