should we assume from this bump that you have any project planned for the summer?

Agreed I hope we can see more of this. I am wanting to do something similar this summer. I started on the rear deck before it got too cold out but I still have some stuff to finish on it other than getting it painted.

Sub'd......... this is going to make an awesome summer project, going to do the doors in a smaller version probablyl go with 2 6 1/2 inch in the doors, and probably do 2 8's in the rear panels. Great job btw, love the blue kevlar!!!

do it up man. but then your wall would cover them Lol if you seriously do the wall in the cobalt u should leave it in there for a lil while. i know how it is and i wouldnt expect u too keep it forever but gotsta roll with it for a lil while. oh and figured since i have the tweeter pods in there might as well post pics of the rears (don't give me **** about the grills)

pretty good to be honest. midbass is pretty surprising for being free air but its hertz so. oh and they looked way better without the grills but it is what it is

sounds about right. idk it feels heavy and really hurts when i open the door all the way (to the almost 90 degree position) and the wind slams it into my shins at 2x the speed of light

emp would you recommend spectrum or something like it that can be sprayed over the "foil" deadening? i want to get rid of some of the road noise and bring out my doors alot more without something drastic.

i wouldn't say id recommend spectrum over the foil deadening but ya you can do that. main problem with spectrum in the doors is window. u dont want to spray the tracks or anything like that. plus the foil deadener like damplifier is actually about 15% or so more effective then spectrum. so.

mine are screwed into the metal door and not attached to the plastic at all. the pod is light for how big it is but its still heavy and the speakers arent light either so they really need more support then the panel alone can provide

the same guy that built my pods also did a 3 way set in a mini cooper with the es-07, es-03 and es-02 but those are attached to the plastic door panel
