Factory Fob Shitty When Cold?

Hey guys.

Well, awhile back, my fob started repetatively not locking and unlocking on the first try. So I replaced the battery and it's still the same. Could it be mainly due to the snow? I need to know if it's more than that because I'll be done with my warranty in like a week and will need to get it down there if there's something wrong wit hthe system.

Thanks!
