yes i just bought a 06 ss coupe, and in the cobalt catlog and chevys website its says that the ss and ss/sc comes standerd with the mp3 cd player but mine wont play mp3 cd nor does it have the mp3 sypol on the radio. so is the catlog and website wrong because that is kinnda of misleading. do you guys think i should contact gm directly

 

Just looked at the '06 catalog and it does specify MP3 being standard. If yours does not say MP3 and will not play them, first I would try another MP3 disc, if that does not work go back to the dealer. You may not have a MP3 player in your car. I have see some radios swapped because a specific car did not come with an opion that another costumer wanted.
