Front Left speaker cutting in and out.

Hey guys I hope someone here has some advice for me.

I was in my car cleaning the interior up the other day when I put the radio on. I was on the right side so I didn't notice it being different. I get to the left side and notice the front left speaker isn't working. So I assume my speaker blew, curse the car for being the bane of my existence and carried on cleaning.

Well fast forward a day and the speaker all of a sudden works. Zombie speaker sounds just as good as it always has. Fast forward another day and zombie speaker does not work again.

Sounds like a short in the wiring to me but I know absolutely nothing of the speaker and electronics in the car. Can anyone point me to some locations to begin tinkering around and see if I can fix this? It is rather annoying.

The same thing happened to me, the speaker is dying. I used it as an excuse to upgrade my entire system to infinity speakers, lol. But the stock speakers are really cheap, and a lot of people had that happen.
